ELHOS Checkstar makes it possible to inspect beverage packaging directly on the production line.
The device cooperates with line equipment (e.g. drift, encoder) or can have its own, independent equipment.

We have used full software calibration of vision and mechanical sensor (positioners) for the selected format.

Video inspection is based on industrial camera and fast image analysis algorithms.

Our proprietary software and industrial computer will ensure high efficiency of inspection: min. 10 packages/sec. (36,000 packages per hour).
